Most MLS boards allow it when images are labelled as virtually staged and do not hide defects or alter permanent features such as walls, windows or flooring. Always check your local rules. We deliver the empty original with every staged photo.
Can I choose the furniture style?
Yes. Choose modern, contemporary, Scandinavian, farmhouse, coastal or luxury, or send reference images. If you are unsure, we suggest a style that suits the architecture and target buyer.
What makes a good photo for virtual staging?
A level, well-lit wide shot of an empty room taken from a corner at chest height. Clear floors and visible walls let us place furniture at the correct scale. Remove leftover items or add object removal to the order.
