What footage should I send for a listing video?
Send every clip from the shoot in its original format, plus your logo and any music you have licensed. Keep clips at least five seconds long with steady movement. If you want a specific room order or hero shot, add a short note or shot list.
Do you provide music for property videos?
We can use royalty-free tracks licensed for commercial use, or a track you already own. For MLS versions we can deliver without music or branding if your board requires it.
Which formats do you deliver?
Standard delivery is MP4 (H.264) in 1080p or 4K at 16:9 for websites and YouTube, plus 9:16 vertical cuts for social media on request. Branded and unbranded MLS versions can be exported from the same edit.
