When you use our free-trial or contact form we receive your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone or WhatsApp number, budget, deadline, file links, uploaded files and message. We use this only to reply to you, prepare your trial or quote and deliver the work you order.
Your files
Photos, videos and plans you send are used only to complete your order. They are stored in access-controlled locations, are never sold or shared with third parties, and are not published in our portfolio without your written permission. You can ask us to delete your project files at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for WordPress security. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it.
