How much does real estate photo editing cost?

Pricing is per image and depends on the service and edit complexity: a standard HDR blend costs less than advanced edits such as twilight conversion, object removal or virtual staging. Volume discounts apply for regular photographers. Send a few photos for a free trial and we will quote your exact per-image rate.

How fast is the turnaround?

Standard photo enhancement sets are delivered within 24 hours. Rush delivery is available for shoots that need to go live the next morning. Virtual staging, 3D floor plans and video edits take a little longer depending on the number of rooms or length of footage; we confirm the time before we start.

Which file formats can I send?

We accept RAW files from all major cameras (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG), bracketed JPEGs, drone footage in MP4 or MOV, and floor plan sketches as photos or PDFs. Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs sized for MLS, websites and print, unless you request another format.

Is virtual staging allowed on MLS listings?

Most MLS boards allow virtual staging when the photos are clearly labelled as virtually staged and do not hide defects or change permanent features. Rules vary by board, so check your local MLS policy. We always deliver the unstaged original alongside the staged image for disclosure.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Send a small set of photos with your style notes through the form on this page and we will edit them free of charge. It is the easiest way to check our quality, communication and turnaround before you move your regular editing to Pixxium Studio.
